For those of you interested, I am very humbled by getting a beautiful profile article written about me entitled, California Confluences in the August edition of California Fly Fishers magazine. Pick it up, not just because I am in it, but because CFF is a great publication that really captures the California fly fishing scene. The August issue just hit the streets and I got some nice feedback from some of my dear fly fishing buddies who personally emailed me last week. The Confluence interviewer was compiled and edited by Bud Bynack who shares east coast roots and asked me some fun questions. I would like to personally thank Richard Anderson (publisher & editor) for giving me the opportunity to contribute another article as well, entitled: Fly Fishing the Surf, Getting Started which also appears in the same issue. See ya on the beach – Al Q
