Some of the best caddis hatches I have experienced were on the Missouri back in the middle 90’s. The Hydropsyche hatches were so intense you would need to smoke a cigar to keep them from infiltrating your lungs! Evening caddis hatches on the Madison in July can also be insane. Fish just go nuts!
